How to Play Who Does What
Who Does What is the three-card game on Spice Up. Tap Deal and three cards turn over one at a time: who, does what, and where. Players take the giver's seat in turn, and the app deals a compatible receiver each time.
Deal tonightThe three cards
- Who: the player doing it. The seat passes round the group in order
- Does what: the action
- Where: the spot on the receiver
Read together, a deal comes out like: "Alex kisses Jamie's neck."
How the seat passes
The giver's seat passes in the order players were added. Player 1 first, then 2, then 3, round the whole group and back to the start.
The receiver is always dealt from players compatible with the giver. With three or more players, the previous giver is never dealt as the receiver straight after their own turn.
How compatibility works
Two players are compatible if they are into each other's gender. Players marked as "doesn't play with" are never dealt together. The app always respects these settings.
Choosing what is in the decks
You decide which actions and places can be dealt. Tap the settings icon to open the decks and switch any card out, or a whole intensity band at once. Changes apply on the next deal.
Intensity levels
- Gentle: light actions, no nudity
- Playful: mild intimacy, light undressing
- Spicy: explicit actions and intimate places
- Wild: no filter
A deal is as spicy as its spiciest card. A kiss belongs at every level, so the place it lands sets the heat, and a Wild action is only ever dealt on a place that can carry it.
Frequently asked questions
Was this game called Who Does What?
Yes, and Sexy Reels before that. It was a three-reel slot machine until September 2026, when every game on Spice Up became a deck of cards. The three reels are now three cards, and the name says what they show.
How many players do I need?
At least two compatible players. It is most fun with three or more.
Is Who Does What free?
Yes, completely free. No sign-up required.
